No. diol is software that does first-party outreach — every call, text, and email goes out in your business's name, from your brand, the same way it would if you had an in-house AR person. Nothing is ever sold to or handed off to a third-party collector, and your client relationships stay yours.
What happens when an invoice is paid?
Outreach pauses instantly. diol listens to QuickBooks and Stripe webhooks, so the moment a payment posts, the chase stops mid-cadence — no awkward "reminder" emails after your client has already paid.
Is it TCPA compliant?
Compliance is built into the engine, not bolted on. Calls and texts only go out during TCPA-aware quiet hours in the recipient's time zone, consent is tracked per contact, every SMS includes a one-tap opt-out, and opt-outs are honored immediately across all channels.
Do my clients know it's AI?
On voice calls, yes — every call opens by disclosing that it's an automated assistant calling on behalf of your business, and recording disclosures follow state law. Emails and texts read like they came from your team because you approve the tone and scripts.
Can I control the messaging?
